A Time to Salute American Workers!

In 1882, the first Labor Day Holiday was celebrated in New York City. Two years later in 1884, the United States Congress authorized a special act designating the First Monday in September as Labor Day to celebrate the accomplishments of American workers.

As we unite to promote American Workers, everyone is urged to support the businesses who sell made in America products so they can maintain and expand their industries and services in the United States. We want more jobs for American workers so they have every opportunity to expand their skills and allow them be able to support themselves and their families.

For over 35 years, we have seen many employment opportunities Formally Filled by American Workers being outsourced to countries around the world. Our efforts continue to urge our Fellow-Americans to support the Buy American Made campaign so we can reverse this reality and make it beneficial for more businesses to make competitive products in the United States. More job opportunities for working age and able bodied Americans who represent our family, friends and neighbors is a campaign we can all support.

I am pleased to report that your voices continue to be heard by business owners who see that Americans are going out of their way to support products made in the United States of America. To help you spread the word to family and friends, visit AmericanWorkersRadio.com where there are promos that support American workers, our weekly commentaries and information that encourages everyone to support the Buy American Made Campaign.
