A Stable Job is the Key to Success!

A stable job for working age and able-body Americans has always been the key to America’s success.  For more than two centuries, America was a nation that made almost everything needed by the American people. America’s businesses were also suppliers for nations of the world which created more jobs and job skills for American workers.

What happened?

Well, America’s private sector businesses were welcomed by foreign merchandisers to move out of the United States to reduce their operational expenses, labor costs, and taxes. America’s businesses were also shown how much easier and more profitable it would be to allow workers in another part of the world to do the work and have the products shipped to the United States for sale to America’s consumers. When this began to happen over 35 years ago, there was little reaction from the American people because they did not realize how much the loss of long term jobs for Americans would hurt American Workers and America’s overall economy.

As time moves forward, supporters of the Buy American Made Campaign continue to focus more on maintaining the jobs we have in the United States and urge our fellow Americans to seek out products made and assembled in the United States of America. This has been helping maintain the jobs presently available in America as we continue to urge our local, state and national leaders to expand trade and technology programs in America’s public schools. Since PUBLIC SCHOOLS are supported by America’s taxpayers they should be responsible for millions of new high school graduates each year who are qualified to enter America’s workforce.
