Never Less Than 50%!

During this special time of year as you gather with family and friends, it is another opportunity to promote the Buy American Made Campaign. With our grass roots efforts and the growing support of newspapers, radio programs and Internet sites we have been able to unite tens of millions of Americans. Today businesses manufacturing and selling American made products are benefiting from the way Americans are using their purchasing power.

The moment the American market became flooded with foreign products with no American made competitive items available, national elected and business leaders alike should have seen a red flag and taken action. Realistically, there should never be less than 50% of any item used by the American people produced outside of the U.S.A. America should not be a major point of sale for foreign products because it is bad for our economy, national security and the well-being of the American people. I don’t know what national leaders were thinking as unemployment went up and America was borrowing money year-after-year to pay for government services, but I do know that every man, women and child will be on a FISCAL CLIFF until the 16 trillion dollar national debt is repaid and jobs are restored.

I suggest that national leaders place all government expenses on the table for EVERY American to see and in the process show us the ways they propose to reduce taxes and regulations. This will encourage businesses to produce a competitive American made product for every item presently sold in the U.S.A.
