More Supporters Are Needed!

We have been through some difficult times in recent years and in order to move forward, we need more people to supporting the Buy American Made Campaign. Today I ask you to consider a few questions often discussed with me:

1.
Why did the American people not react as America’s industries were closing and moving abroad and people saw millions of jobs for Americans lost to outsourcing?
2.
Why did America's leaders and America’s consumers permit so many jobs to leave the U.S.A. without publicly questioning why there were not an equal number of new jobs for Americans to replace those that were being outsourced?
3.
What more can be done to reverse the fact that 90% of the clothing, furniture, electronics and hundreds of other products sold in America are still largely being made overseas?
4.
What do you feel America’s national leaders thought the American people would do to earn a living once well established industries and jobs were outsourced around the world?
5.
Why do you feel America’s national, state and local elected leaders did not react immediately as they saw tens of thousands of industries closing and saw their constituents unemployed.
6.
What was your reaction as you saw jobs being outsourced? Did you speak up then? Are you speaking up now? Are you asking others to support the Buy American Made Campaign? Are you directing more of your dollars to American made products and services?

In order to create more jobs in America and restore at least a 50/50 balance between foreign and American made products, we have to consider why those industries and jobs were lost in the first place. In order for us to restore the 50/50 balance we need, America’s consumers have to be the leading force in this campaign. Business owners, investors and marketers must see by what is being sold in our stores that America’s consumers are bypassing foreign made and seeking out items with made in the U.S.A. I urge you to help us get the Buy MORE American Made message out to everyone you know so more jobs are created and more Americans are able to be employed once again.
