A 50/50 Balance Would Create Jobs!

As consumers look closely at the labels on clothing, electronics and general household products, they agree that in order to restore America’s manufacturing base we have to work toward no less than a 50% balance of all the items sold in America, being made in America again.

During the last 30 years more than one hundred thousand well established businesses that made products in America, have either closed or moved overseas. Most companies were attracted to manufacture overseas to reduce the cost of doing business in America. Getting businesses that outsourced manufacturing to foreign countries to return at least 50% of their manufacturing to the U.S.A. would bring about a major surge in jobs and prosperity in America. This can be accomplished when national elected officials and business leaders unite to promote the goal of making America a great place to do business again. Supporters of the Buy American Made Campaign have already been doing their part by seeking out products with made and assembled in the U.S.A. labels.

The expansion of industries in America would create a lot of new jobs and develop job skills for American workers. Right now, merchandisers in the U.S.A. can factually say that they are forced to offer imported products because too many of America’s industries downsized or closed. With your support the loss of industries has been reduced, but we have a lot of work to do in order to return industries to where they should be in the year 2015.

As we continue to promote November as American Made Month, I urge you to spend more of your dollars on American made products and spread the word to family and friends and invite them to visit: AmericanMadeMonth.com. Thanks for your participation! America Need Us!
