November is American Made Month!

The supporters of the Buy American Made Campaign have once again proclaimed November as “American Made Month” and ask you to make an extra effort to seek out products made and assembled in the U.S.A.

During American Made Month, there are several ways you can bring attention to the Buy American Made Campaign and demonstrate your support for American workers by PROMOTINGg local, state and national businesses that manufacture, assemble, distribute and sell American made products.

We ask you to support American Made Month in the following ways:

1.
Friday, November 2nd, Saturday, November 3rd and Sunday, November 4th, go out of your way to support National Small Business Weekend, which is held the first full weekend of every month.
2.
November 6th is National Election Day, an opportunity to vote for candidates who support expanding jobs for Americans.
3.
Weekend of November 9th, 10th & 11th, promote American Made items by telling others where you purchase American made with a focus on the items that will make great gifts for the holidays.
4.
November 11th, Veterans Day, a time to honor veterans and promote jobs for America’s veterans and all American workers.
5.
November, 22nd, Thanksgiving Day, a time to give thanks and unite our family, friends and neighbors to support the Buy American Made Campaign and jobs for American workers.
6.
Friday, November 23rd, Black Friday, an opportunity to focus on American Made EVERYTHING, so American made businesses benefit.
7.
November 24th, Small Business Saturday, a national event to support America’s small businesses and another opportunity to seek out American made products.
8.
November 29th and 30th, the last days of American Made Month are an opportunity to consider what else can be done to make the balance of the holiday shopping season a success for the businesses manufacturing, assembling, promoting, distributing and selling American Made Products.
